The purest herb in its natural form

The scientific name of the tea is “sideritis” and is derived from the Greek word for iron, because sideritis was considered a great medicine against the wounds inflicted by iron weapons in ancient times.
Dioscorides recommends the herbal infusion of ‘mountain tea’ to soldiers as a rejuvenating, regenerative remedy to
help them to heal faster.
Traditionally used to aid digestion, stimulate the circulation and help the body cope with the common cold and cough.

  • Chamomile

Humble in appearance, but with very important properties, it is considered one of the most useful medicinal plants. Native to Europe and Western Asia, it is common all over Greece. The herb smells slightly like an apple and grows low, which may explain its name, since chamomile is derived from the Greek “apple in the ground”.
